Eiseman Construction Supports Anti-Human Trafficking Efforts with Dressember Campaign
Eiseman Construction recently raised $5,751 in support of Dressember, an organization that fights human trafficking. Throughout December, participants in the campaign raised awareness by wearing a dress or tie every day. Dressember will distribute the funds to various anti-trafficking programs around the world. This is the second year Eiseman has participated in the fundraiser.
“Our team is proud to support Dressember in the vital cause of ending human trafficking,” said Eiseman Construction Office Administrator Kelly Tetreault, who has spearheaded Eiseman’s involvement with the campaign. “It is important to fight for the dignity of all victims of trafficking, and this is a wonderful way to work toward a world where all people are free. We stand together in support of Dressember’s efforts in prevention, intervention, and survivor empowerment.”
Founded in 2013, Dressember has raised more than $17 million to support victims and survivors of human trafficking around the world. The organization works with experts, survivors, and anti-trafficking leaders to discover the areas of greatest need and communities experiencing the highest levels of vulnerability. With the help of local partners, they identify the most impactful anti-trafficking organizations and invest in them financially to help scale their impact.
Eiseman Construction employees Marina Arrivello, Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri, Patrick Gallagher, Aaron Pilch, and Kelly Tetreault participated in the campaign this year. Last year, Eiseman partnered with Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter to raise $4,906 for Dressember.
