A Tribute to Phil Eiseman
Phil Eiseman was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He moved to Philadelphia in 1960 and soon discovered a passion for roofing. In 1968, he founded Eiseman Construction Co., Inc. in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, now a team of 15 dedicated employees.
On January 1, 2015, after a battle with cancer, Phil, at age 70, passed peacefully at his home in Doylestown. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Phil had a tremendous love for cars and racing, for baseball, for skiing and travel, for wine and music and elephants, and above all else, for his family. He was a natural leader with contagious positive energy. His storytelling was unrivaled and showed his kindness and creativity. Phil’s way with words was disarming and solution-oriented. He faced challenges with relentless optimism.
He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa, his sister, Jeane, seven children, and five grandchildren.
The success of Eiseman Construction is a reflection of Phil’s integrity and his respect for customers, family, and community, which remain cornerstones of the way we do business.
