Director of Admin and Operations Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri Spotlighted for Volunteer Work with CAI Keystone

Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri, Eiseman Construction’s Director of Admin and Operations, is featured in Community Associations Institute (CAI) Keystone Chapter’s blog for her volunteer work with the organization, which earned her the Chapter Shining Star Award in 2022. She was nominated by her colleagues for her active involvement with CAI over the past three years.

CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. They provide education and resources to residential condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations, and to the professionals and suppliers who serve them.

Dickinson-Mukamuri says her involvement with CAI has given her “a greater understanding of the scope of” homeowner associations (HOAs). She notes, “It was more than just seeing my corner of the business but now understanding all the other trades and how they fit together to service our HOA partners.”

Currently serving as the Vice Chair and Secretary of CAI’s Awards Committee, Dickinson-Mukamuri says she is honored to be recognized by her peers: “It makes such an impact even to be nominated. And it means a lot to me for someone to recognize that my efforts are making a difference.”
