Eiseman Construction Director of Admin and Operations Named Emerging Leader Under 40 by Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter

Eiseman Construction is pleased to announce that Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri, the company’s director of administration and operations, has been named among the inaugural class of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Keystone Chapter’s Emerging Leaders Under 40.

She was recognized during the chapter’s Engage & Excel Member Experience Event on International Community Association Managers Day on June 13, 2023, at Victory Beer Hall at Xfinity Live in Philadelphia, PA.

CAI Keystone’s Emerging Leaders Under 40 are chosen based upon significant achievements in their career as well as their involvement in community service. A member of the Keystone Chapter for the past seven years, Dickinson-Mukamuri has been heavily involved in volunteer service with the chapter and was named a Chapter Shining Star in 2022.

“Courtney has proven herself a leader not only at Eiseman Construction but in our industry as well,” said Melissa Eiseman, owner of Eiseman Construction. “Whether ensuring our customers have the best experience possible or organizing initiatives to make our community a better place, she has displayed tireless dedication to helping others. We congratulate her on this wonderful achievement.”

“I am honored to be named among the inspiring community leaders in CAI Keystone’s inaugural class,” said Dickinson-Mukamuri. “Throughout my career, I have strived to be of service to others in professional and volunteer capacities, and it is gratifying to be recognized for my efforts. I look forward to continuing to give back and doing all I can to meet the needs of my community.”

The organization provides education and resources to residential condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations, and to the professionals and suppliers who serve them.
