Eiseman Construction Names New Junior Partners

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (February 2023) – Eiseman Construction is proud to announce that Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri and Aaron Pilch have been named partners in the company. In their new leadership roles, Dickinson-Mukamuri and Pilch will oversee sourcing, estimating and human resources and will hold the titles of Director of Operations and Administration and Director of Sales, respectfully. 

Company owner Melissa Eiseman praised their commitment to excellence and client service.

“I am thrilled to include Courtney and Aaron as my partners, as they will provide Eiseman’s customers with excellent service and ensure that our roofing and exterior remodeling projects are handled with care and consideration deserving of homeowners associations, property managers, and residents across the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region,” said Eiseman. “I am grateful for their wonderful work and integrity in maintaining Eiseman’s values, and I look forward to their continued service as leaders within the company and within our community.”

Dickinson-Mukamuri has been employed with Eiseman since 2013. She is an active member of the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter, holds an Educated Business Partner designation, and recently was named a Chapter Shining Star by the organization. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Delaware Valley University and lives in Doylestown with her husband, Shalom Mukamuri, a community-focused musician.  

Pilch has served as a project manager at Eiseman since 2019. He has extensive experience managing construction projects with roofing companies such as JP Patti Tecta America, LLC, Pfister Roofing and Pravco, Inc. He graduated from Lehigh Valley Christian High School and lives in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife, Jessica, and two daughters.
