Michener Art Museum’s Corporate Business Partners Program Annual Reception Marks End of Eiseman Construction Owner’s Tenure as Chair

Eiseman Construction was proud to serve as a sponsor of the James A. Michener Art Museum’s Corporate Business Partners Program Annual Reception, held at the museum on Sept. 20, 2023.

Designed to celebrate and thank the businesses that sponsor the museum and its exhibits and programs throughout the year, the event marked Melissa Eiseman’s final duty as chair of the museum’s Corporate Business Partners Advisory Board.

“The reception was a wonderful culmination of my time as chair of the Corporate Business Partners Advisory Board and an ideal way to recognize our business partners for their vital support in helping to keep the arts alive,” said Eiseman. “The Michener is more than its programs and exhibits; it is a place to foster community, and I am proud of all the Corporate Business Partners Program has done to involve our local business leaders in the cultural life of our area.”

A longtime supporter of the beloved local museum, Eiseman has served on the Corporate Business Partners Advisory Board for several years. Earlier this year, she joined the museum’s board of trustees. Eiseman Construction also has supported a variety of programs at the museum, including a recent exhibit, “Walk This Way: Footwear from the Stuart Weitzman Collection of Historic Shoes,” and the current exhibit, “Never Broken: Visualizing Lenape Histories.”

Business leaders who join the Michener’s Corporate Business Partners receive a variety of benefits, including having their company listed on the Museum’s website, recognition on the Program’s Honor Roll at the Museum entryway, free admission to the Museum, an invitation to the Annual Reception, and invitations to members-only exhibition openings.

Named for Doylestown native son and author, James A. Michener, the museum collects, preserves, interprets, and exhibits American art with a particular focus on Bucks County. Dedicated to promoting the region’s rich artistic and cultural heritage, it features an extensive collection of Pennsylvania Impressionist paintings and hosts special exhibitions showcasing a range of historical and contemporary works. The museum offers a variety of programs, including lectures, conversations with artists, gallery talks, artist studio tours, dance performances, and concerts.
